Terms of Service

aRoom provides focus timers, projects and history, ambient audio, pixel rooms, progress rewards, Nearby Focus, Room Cards, and subscription features. Availability depends on your region and released app version.

Provide lawful and valid login information and protect your device and account credentials. Do not transfer, rent, or otherwise provide your account to another person. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

You can start account deletion in the app. Deletion ends account access and data is handled under the Privacy Policy, except for transaction or security records that law requires us to retain.

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store and charged to your Apple account. Price, currency, eligibility, and term shown on Apple's confirmation screen control.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, an auto-renewing subscription will generally renew and may be charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• After a free trial, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed price. Cancelling stops future renewal while access continues through the current paid or trial period.
• Manage or cancel under iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests under its rules.

Gold, pixel assets, progress rewards, and other virtual benefits exist only within aRoom. They are not legal currency and cannot be redeemed for cash or traded outside the service. We may adjust benefits for refunds, revocations, violations, or correction of system errors and will retain auditable records.

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity; bypass security controls; disrupt the service; automate excessive requests; reverse engineer access to another person's data; or harm other users. We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations and will provide notice where required by law.

The aRoom software, interface, text, graphics, pixel assets, audio, trademarks, and related content are legally protected. Except for ordinary service use, do not copy, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission. You retain lawful rights in project names and focus notes you submit and authorize us to process them only as needed to synchronize and display the service.

We may adjust features for security, compliance, and product improvement and will try to provide advance notice of material changes. Networks, devices, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Material adverse changes to paid core benefits will be handled under applicable law and Apple rules.

aRoom is a productivity tool, not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by user devices, third-party platforms, events beyond reasonable control, or misuse. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction where the operator is domiciled. Mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply.

We will provide prominent notice through the website, app, or another appropriate channel when important terms change and will request renewed agreement where required by law. Questions: hi@aroom.my.
